Yes. The app can be downloaded by tenants free of charge. There is no fee for usage.
Can a eGift card/voucher be used in addition to loyalty cards or cashback?
Yes. In the vast majority of cases this is possible. Check the terms and conditions of your eGift card/ voucher for restrictions.
If I have a £20 eGift card/voucher and I spend £18, do I lose £2?
No. When you purchase a eGift card/voucher you can use it as many times as you like until it's empty.
How quickly do I receive a eGift card/voucher after I have bought it?
The average time is a few seconds. eGift card/Voucher appears instantly on your phone if purchased through the app.
Is there a limit to how many eGift card/vouchers can be purchased?
No. Tenants can purchase as many eGift card/vouchers as they like.
Can eGift card/vouchers be used without a smart phone?
Yes. eGift card/Voucher can be printed off or shared to another device. eGift card/Voucher can also be purchased over the phone.
Can the brands available be changed for my housing association?
Yes. Each housing association can have brands added and removed from the app to ensure they're relevant.
How long does a eGift card/voucher last?
Usually 2 years. It is important to check the expiry date on the eGift card/voucher as it can vary between 3 months and 5 years.
What happens if my eGift card/voucher doesn't work?
In the rare case that a voucher doesn't work, see our terms and conditions for advice on how to request a refund for a faulty voucher.
My eGift card/voucher isn't scanning when I try to redeem it in store. What's wrong?
Make sure to turn the screen on your phone up to full brightness. If your screen is damaged you may need to print the voucher out.
How do I check the balance of my egift card?
Most egift cards update the balance immediately after you have used them. For egift cards that don't update their balance you can find a link to the relevant balance checker here.
I entered the correct tenancy or payment reference, but the app says it’s not recognised. What should I do?
It may take some time for our system to recognise your tenancy or payment reference, especially if you are a new tenant. If your reference is not yet recognised, please send us a copy or screenshot of a letter or document from your landlord showing your reference, and we will verify it manually.
